
Rules

Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Name)
This association shall be called the "Aichi Prefecture Netball Association" (hereinafter referred to as "this association").
Article 2 (Office)
The Association's offices shall be located within Aichi Prefecture.
Chapter 2 Objectives and Activities
Article 3 (Purpose)
The Association aims to contribute to the revitalization of local communities and the development of sports culture by popularizing and promoting netball and improving the competitive environment.
Article 4 (Activity content)
In order to achieve the objectives stated in the preceding article, the Association will carry out the following activities in Aichi Prefecture and its surrounding areas.
1. Planning and implementing activities to promote netball
2. Holding tournaments and seminars to improve competitive ability
3. Planning and running regional and international exchange events
4. Other activities necessary to achieve the Association's objectives
Chapter 3 Membership
Article 5 (Types of Membership)
The Association has two types of members:
1. Individual Member: An individual who joins the Association because they agree with its objectives.
2. Organizational Membership: Organizations that agree with the Association's objectives and join the association.
Article 6 (Membership)
Anyone wishing to become a member must go through the prescribed procedures and be approved by the Board of Directors.
Article 7 (Membership Fees)
The Association does not collect annual membership fees. However, if necessary expenses arise from tournaments, events, etc., an appropriate operating fee will be set and collected.
Article 8 (Withdrawal)
If a member wishes to withdraw from the association, he/she must notify the secretariat by email.
Article 9 (Loss of Membership)
A member will lose his/her membership if he/she falls under any of the following:
1. If the reputation of the Association is seriously damaged
2. Any other reason that the Board of Directors deems inappropriate
Chapter 4 Organization
Article 10 (Establishment of Institutions)
The Association shall establish the following organizations:
1. General Assembly
2. Steering Committee
Article 11 (General Meeting)
(1) The General Meeting is the highest decision-making body of the Association and is held regularly once a year.
(2) The general meeting will deliberate and decide on the following matters:
1) Business report
2) Business plan
3) Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
4) Other Important Matters (3) Resolutions at the general meeting shall be passed with the consent of a majority of those present.
Article 12 (Steering Committee)
The Association will have the following steering committees:
1. Chairman (1 person)
2. One Vice President
3. Steering Committee: A few members
Article 13 (Appointment of Steering Committee Members)
Officers are elected at the general meeting by self-nomination or recommendation from others, but if the number of candidates exceeds the maximum number, they will be decided by majority vote of those in attendance.
Chapter 5 Amendment of Terms
Article 14 (revised)
Amendments to these rules shall be made at the general meeting with the approval of more than two-thirds of those present.
Chapter 6 Supplementary Provisions
Article 15 (Date of Implementation)
These rules shall come into effect on April 20, 2025.
