About the Aichi Prefecture Netball Association

[Aichi Prefecture Netball Association Founding Prospectus]

In recent years, the importance of revitalizing local communities and promoting health through sports has increased, and we feel it is necessary to lay the foundations for spreading and developing the value of the sport of netball within Aichi Prefecture.

Netball is not only an appealing sport, but it is also a sport that can be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of age or gender, and has the power to contribute to strengthening local communities and the healthy development of children. Although it is still a relatively unknown sport in Japan, organization and promotion activities at the local level are essential to expand its potential.

With this in mind, we propose the establishment of a voluntary organization, the "Aichi Prefecture Netball Association," with the aim of popularizing and developing netball in Aichi Prefecture. The association will focus on the following activities:
1. Promotion and awareness-raising activities for netball
• Holding trial sessions and seminars at elementary and junior high schools
• Demonstrations at community events
2. Support for improving competitive ability
• Planning and running practice sessions and league matches
• Nurturing and supporting the Aichi Prefecture representative team
3. Forming a local community through exchange
• Hosting an intergenerational exchange tournament
• Planning international exchange events

Through these activities, we aim to increase awareness of netball in Aichi Prefecture, improve the competitive environment, and convey its appeal to more people.

We hope that you will support this purpose and participate as a founding member in the establishment of this association. We hope that you will cooperate with us in building a netball culture in Aichi Prefecture and providing a great sports environment for future generations.
